Can You Feel The Pressure?
Gases collide and air expands,
caught in an ever changing vortex,
pulling you one way, then the other,
collapsing down on you,
smashing into you,
crushing you,
until the weight is too much to bear.
You implode from the force.
You fall back and watch as
your pieces are shattered inward.
They clang and scrape against
each other then settle to rest.
They once again become one,
certain the pressure will turn them
into diamonds.
